“Natto Thoughts” refers to natto, the sticky Japanese fermented soybean dish with an acquired taste. Fermented foods are slow foods. They help keep your microbiome—that complex ecosystem that helps you digest—healthy. Like natto, our thoughts have had time to “ferment.”
